I assume they are, it is not indicated on the packaging I have left. No matter what, a great set of bits I have used a lot. highly recommended!

Can router bits this cheap actually be any good? Can any say how long they have lasted or are all these buyers just casual users?

I am a novice with the router. The bits have been good for me, but have not use them enough to gage how sharp they stay. I would get them again.

What surfaces can these bits used on ?

The router bit can be used on wood surface and plastic surface mostly , and different bits have different function . I think 12pcs bits is enough to home DIY. Not suitable for processing non-wood materials such as metal and stone
