Can you hook passive speakers to this mixer?

Not directly. It does not have a built-in amp, so you will need to supply your own to power passive speakers.

Can you record the session in pro-tools? If I connect a laptop

Sure! You can either connect via the second USB out (the first USB out is for a wifi connection to a portable iPad), or you can use the 1/4 monitor out's or use one of the XLR Bus Outs any of which with the right cable will connect to a laptop enabling one to record. I use the onboard mp3 recorder (to the second USB) to record an audio of a live performance.

What about de recording feature? It is a stereo or multitrack recording? Into a Computer or pendrive?
