Can this be put in a bathroom with a shower? Will it be okay with the steam and such?

Im not sure. The adhesive backing is quite strong. My house is quite humid and I have not had a problem. If you are doing a whole wall the application may be tricky with the adhesive backing as once its up you can't shift it around like regular wallpaper. But if you do go ahead with it I would suggest leaving the fan on while showering.

I see that it says no textured walls, but will it not stick to texture and peel off or can you just see the texture through it?

I don't know the answer but this type wall paper is made for sheetrock walls, smooth texture.  I'm not sure how good it would stick to paneled walls.  I think if I were going to try and install on paneled walls I would first fill in all the cracks, with putty or wood filler, sand after dry and paint first then you could possibly hang on paneling. But if you did paint I would wait at least a week before I hung the paper.  Hope this is helpful to you.

Is it fine for drywall?

Yes.  Make sure your drywall is primed or has been previously painted but don't paint and then put paper up, wait a couple of weeks before installing the wallpaper.  This wallpaper is beautiful once up, just make sure you match your pattern.
