Q: what is the measurement of the center where there is no embroidery design?

The center is not a perfect circle. At some points it's 10" across and at other 12" across.

Q: It’s says ivory,but try look white. Are we they only ivory along the boarder?-

It is not a bleached white. I call it ivory because it is slightly darker than antique white. It's so hard to describe colors with words. The main picture is an Amazon requirement to have it on a white background. The computer program that does this also affects the center fabric's color just a tad. There are better other pictures within the listings to give you an idea. Then factor in how your monitor is calibrated... Q: How light is the bright?

Hmmm....not sure how to explain that. The roses are two different shades of blue. One is a royal blue, and that's combined with a denim blue. Hope that helps! Iris, Owner, Doily Boutique
