Metal insert too small for large bulb
The large bulbs don't work with the metal inserts. The insert is too small for the holes.

Loose attachment to bulb
Needles attached and worked with the silver attachment but the silver attachment was loose in the blue bulb making it difficult to use properly. I was disappointed.
