This clock has some features I really like. It has large digits which are easy to read even without corrective lenses. It is easy to set the time (very intuitive interface). It can be powered from a USB port, which means I can use the clock in my RV when running on battery power (this was the main reason I purchased). Also, the display will dim when it is darker in the room. The sales page states: "... low brightness for total darkness, ensures not to interfere with your sleep". Unfortunately, I found it much too bright when in a dark room (like a bedroom) trying to sleep. The display was so bright, it cast shadows on the wall and I could see it even with my eyes closed! To work around this brightness issue, I just purchased LED Light Blocking Stickers (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BD97M122). I had to trim one edge and used a hole punch to cut out a hole for the light sensor on the face of the clock. Once this was applied, the brightness was brought down enough that it now works fine in a darkened room. This causes the daylight brightness to be a bit dim however. I wish there were a way to adjust the brightness of the dim setting, so you can leave the daylight brightness alone and just make the nighttime brightness a lot dimmer.

This is the Happiest clock that I've ever bought because, it makes me happy every time I look at it with it's slow but ever changing color patterns!!! This Truly Is a bright & multi-colorful changing clock that has become quite a Conversation Piece because, it's actually hard not to notice this clock on a table or wall when entering the room because of it's beautiful ever changing colors! To me.....This is a "One of a kind" clock that I'm Happy to have bought! I now own 3 of these amazing clocks. Pros: 1) It Arrived Overnight! 2) It's Super Easy to set-up! 3) It keeps Absolute Accurate Time because, it's a plug-in clock that Never needs batteries! 4) It offers 8 Different LED Colors to choose from that will Stay on the color you choose Or, you can make this clock Rotate thru ALL Of Its Colors!!! It's your choice! 5) It Automatically Dims at night which you have no control over but, works out Perfectly! 6) You can display it on a desk Or, mount it on the wall with the Included hardware it comes with. Or, you can do what I did and use Velcro to mount it to the wall without making any holes since this clock is So Lite in weight! Cons: ABSOLUTELY NONE!!! This Truly Is A Beautifully Looking Clock that has Very Enjoyable Extra Features built into it. It's small in size that takes up very little space. But yet, you can Clearly see the time Well from across the room. It's quite a Conversation Piece when others see it. And, I'm Still fascinated when I look at it myself! In fact, right before writing this review, I purchased 2 more for my friends. Too bad your not one of my friends. Because, I would of bought one for you at this Reasonable Price that would've left you Happy too!

I have a bed in my (home) office where I occasionally sleep. I keep the color of the digits white, and at night - even on the dimmest setting - the display is way too bright. I wish they had dimmer settings. Aside from that, it looks good, and seems to keep pretty accurate time. There are some "cold spots" at the edges of the segments. so there's variation in the brightness across the segments. It's a good clock, I just wish I had a little more control over the output.

As I have aged, this is a needed. I wake up often in the night and look over to know i don't have to get up. Dog has other ideas ;)

This clock is easy to read up close and from the other side of my classroom. I've gotten tons of compliments on it from other teachers, admin, and students. I had thought it had battery backup, and remember putting a battery in it (although that was several months ago...), but if the power goes out, so does this clock. Otherwise, it was easy to set up, and I didn't even have to check the manual to figure out how to "fall back" one hour with daylight savings. It seems to be accurate, although be careful about setting it ahead if you are putting this in my classroom! My kids will try to rush out as soon as this clock hits "end of class" time, no matter how often I explain I set it a minute ahead and their own cellphones show them it isn't time yet and the bell hasn't even rung. On the whole, I'm very happy with what I spent for this product!
