God sent noodles!
These noodles are wonderful! Finding delicious gluten-free pastas with great taste and texture is difficult, but these are like a miracle having both.

Great texture and very versatile
As someone who is a lover of noodles, required to eat gluten free, and skeptical of gluten free products, I was a little wary of gluten free ramen noodles. However, I gave these a try and could not be happier! Most gluten free items tend to have a crumbly texture (which makes sense since gluten is what gives breads and pastas that “chewy” factor). These noodles had a surprisingly delightful texture without being crumbly. If you undercook them they are a little chewy, so I tend to do about 5 minutes in the pot rather than 4 just to make them softer. The flavor of the packet is good as well. Make it with chicken broth and it’s fantastic. The noodles are also versatile so use them in any soup/noodle dish you want! The size does look small, but it is filling (for me at least… the bf needs 2). My only very minor complaint is that the packages were a little difficult to open. Granted I was weak with the flu so that likely played a part in that. Overall, very good noodle with great texture, flavor, and versatility!

Delicious, but one flaw
Great taste, great texture, but if and only if cooked FAR longer than instructions advise. I love how healthy these are, and (unusual for very healthy food) they are absolutely delicious. They are silky, mildly sweet, slightly nutty—they gracefully accept any flavor added to them. But, and it’s a serious consideration, I can’t accurately time the addition of ingredients to the cooking ramen, because they take an exceptionally long time to reach the proper degree of doneness. It’s best, I find, to cook them separately, and add them to soup ready to receive them. I’ve been setting a timer for twenty minutes with this latest batch, and that seems to be the sweet spot. If they seem gummy or stiff to you, cook them longer. A lot longer, perhaps. I’m glad other reviews suggested this, or I would probably have thrown them out. : (

Great gluten free option for celiac's suffers
My daughter has Celiacs disease and these are now a gluten free staple for our household. Good taste, good quality (as far as I can tell).

Swing and miss
Not a fan. After cooking the noodles are short and texture very different from any other ramen noodles I’ve had. Although the taste is also different, it wasn’t an issue for me. May be healthier than traditional but not the same experience

PERFETTO
hadn't eaten ramen in decades until recently, just because "the usual ramen" is literally toxic. so when I had no time to eat, my standard was a handful of nuts and some fruit. then I broke my leg and could barely make it to the kitchen, let alone cook a regular meal. even had I been interested in having meals delivered, I had no way to get food from the door to the kitchen counter. and I wasn't about to ask friends to swing by with food every day. I broke my leg doing something unbelievably stoopid, and didn't want anyone else paying for my idiocy. started looking for a solution and found this healthy non-toxic ramen. bought something like 60 packs on the first order because even if I didn't like it, it would work to keep me fed. a friend put one of my bar stools in the (galley) kitchen between sink and stove, with the humongous box of ramen (next to the case of tofu) on the counter next to the sink. all I had to do was sit on the bar stool and I could get/boil water, slice up a box of tofu while the water came to a boil, make the ramen, add the tofu, eat straight out of the pot, then wash the pot, fork, and knife. I almost always eat only one meal per day, late at night. this ramen with tofu became that meal for ten weeks and I never tired of it. it's freakin' delicious!!! as with any packaged food, I used it as a base, adding LOTS of black pepper, chili peppers, cayenne, ginger, and black seeds. the soup packet is great on its own, but I like Spicy. I've been back on my feet for several weeks now but this ramen has become a staple. every time the supply dwindled down to a few packs I reordered, and then I put it on subscription through amazon. yes, it's more expensive than supermarket ramen, but it's so worth it (and even with the box of tofu, it comes in at less than five bucks for the day). it's GMO-FREE and has many certified-organic ingredients. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS RICE & MILLET RAMEN!!!

New recipe is bad
These were good until recently. The new recipe, which uses rice instead of rice flour, makes them gummy and disgusting. They’re chewy and hard to eat. Ramen is supposed to be a fast cook option. I don’t know what you guys did to this, but I cooked it longer and it still never got soft. Please change it back!
