That the delivery man set my orders on the side walk and said he was not aloud in the house .i told him to take it back and he said he couldn’t take it back . I’m 76 years old no way I could have brought a living room set in . I have to pay my Neighbors 75.00 dollars to bring it in . I should get a refund for paying someone to bring it in

1) For a person of average height, 21 to 22" is generally the recommended depth for a sofa. Whereas, this sofa has depth of around 18.5'' which makes the seating very uncomfortable. Sofa's high firmness and lower depth contribute to very uncomfortable seating where you are required to push the ground with your legs, to stay back in sofa. This is not just one person's experience, but experience of multiple persons who used this sofa.2). This sofa comes with plastic legs whose height is 3.5''. The height of standard legs is 5''. I tried to replace sofa legs, but this sofa requires hard-to-find legs with M10 hanger bolts. Also, 3.5'' legs mean that you won't be able to clean underneath the sofa.

Have now has this for over5 months and have to say I am disappointed. The material absorbs color from dark clothing easily and is no longer off white.

I have only had it 1 day but so far love it. Easy to put together and comfortable.

This couch looks amazing it’s beautiful, I’m 6”1 260 and I fit on it I was worried it would be a tiny couch I couldn’t lay on but I can. How ever it’s not comfortable at all I’ve been laying a 50lb kettle bell on the couch pads to try and wear them in and it’s helping a little. The worst part about this couch is the packaging and shipping. The packing was to thin to protect the couch and there are scratches all over the material. The corner of the couch has a huge hole in the pad from shipping and the quality of the packing leads me to not even want to deal with the return because the next product they send will probably be just as bad so I have a new couch with a huge hole in the pad and about 2 dozen small scratches all over.

Not terrible for the price. When I received it a back piece was broken in half protruding through the back of the couch. Thank god it went against a wall. Tried to call numbers on shipping paperwork and quickly realized the issue was not going to be resolved so stopped trying. For the price it’s a decent looking couch, not comfortable really but does the trick. It could be worse. Comes with cute pillows add a few and it looks cuter. It’s pretty sturdy. Comes apart sometimes if it’s moved to quickly but easy to put back together. Overall not good but not awful.

The back of a top part was ripped this sucks! It was really nice but ripped I don’t even know who to contact
