It has been hand crafted from wood from olive trees and branded with the famous Paxton & Whitfield logo. The olive trees used for the wood no longer bear fruit and trees are continually being planted to replace those used in production of these boards. As it is made from natural solid olive wood and hand crafted, each board is unique in shape and style but measures approximately 40cm x 17.5cm. To maintain the quality of this item, it should be treated with olive oil on a fairly regular basis.
