This has been my go to product for about 15 years. Relax, clear mind, pray and take a Irwin’s natural power to sleep.

My doctor recommended this for my middle of the night sleep disturbances. It definitely helps without feeling groggy the next day!

I have had insomnia for years. Nothing has worked for more than a night or two until I tried this product and I am amazed at how well it has worked!! The product contains fish oil which you smell for a second before you take them and the pills are rather large, but that is not a problems for me. My doctor approved them because I have a serious medical condition and I always keep him informed before I start anything new. I suggest everyone check with their Dr. before starting any new medication. Very, Very Happy.

Well, Amazon is my little addiction, and much to the detriment of my wallet I order more items off of here per day than a wholesale supply store. That said, unfortunately for other buyers, I rarely write reviews on those items. That will not be the case for Power to Sleep PM. The main reason I write so few reviews is that I am either unimpressed with said item or I order a product in which I and everyone else is already very familiar with. Generally, I know a bit about the product I am ordering, however, with Power to Sleep PM I was a consumer flying blind. The only info I had on the product was the testimony of a group of individuals who post on a popular internet forum. One day, their was a thread regarding vitamins/supplements and which ones are the best; it was obvious that a lot of people loved their Fish Oil, and it was likewise obvious that a lot of insomniacs were swearing by the benefits of Power to Sleep PM. Due to the posts in the forum and the subsequent reviews I read on Amazon, I pulled the trigger and bought a bottle. Surprisingly, after taking the recommended dosage of 2 capsules 30 minutes before lying down for bed, the product worked just as advertized and I got a full night sleep. I say it was surprising, or at least a bit of a shocker that Power to Sleep PM worked because there are so many products with unrealistic claims and no actual benefits; but this is too be expected in the unregulated world of the supplement industry. However, I do want everyone to know that this product actually works, so much so in fact that I thought it necessary write a review. In summary, Power to Sleep PM is a Godsend for anyone suffering from the agony of insomnia. I see some reviews saying that it didn't work. All I can think of is that perhaps the brain chemistry of certain consumers is wired in away to not receive the benefits of the herbal cocktail inside P-T-S PM. Moreover, it is possible that they didn't take the recommended dosage or they stopped taking the vitamins before their body chemistry adapted to the Melatonin, GABBA, Valerian root, Ashwaganda, and other minerals and botanicals inside the pill that help to promote a healthy sleep cycle ad an opportunity to work. Perhaps P-T-S PM will not work for everyone, but it did for me, actually it knocked me out. Moreover, all this is coming from an individual who has battled insomnia for years! I have taken Ambien, Tylenol PM, and worst yet, became addicted to Xanax in the effort to get some rest. Fortunately for me I have been off the Xanax for a few years, and after 2 weeks of taking Power to Sleep PM I am now getting 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep without the aid of those horrible chemical ridden OTC sleep aids. I was tricked into buying this product. What I wanted was the 6mg of melatonin This has 2mg also less of everything else Now I’m stuck with these two bottles as I can’t return it
