Arrived on time happy with purchase

I'm using this product whilst I'm training to be a massage therapist, it's brilliant, I love the glow in the dark feature as when doing a massage low lighting is always used. Keeps time brilliantly.

I have only really started using it recently, and particularly tonight, when I was checking vitals on the time, I noticed several times it was out of sync, despite syncing multiple times. When I first put it on my uniform, the clock wasn’t working until I flicked it so from my end, I think this has been a below average spend. The item seems reasonable enough in terms of design, size and the texture, and can be fixed to most uniform types and particularly a belt loop. I’m not too happy with this purchase as I’m finding it unreliable with the time.

Really hood price watch and looks good

Ordered Saturday, received Sunday, returned Monday.Whilst a lovely looking watch it was pretty much a no go from the start.It arrived Sunday and I immediately removed the red stopper and noticed how difficult it was to set the time as the winder didn’t extend far enough to get a grip on it. The time was eventually set and the watch seemed to be working but within half an hour it had lost 5 mins.Undeterred I reset it to the correct time but this time it lost 9 mins. I was going to process the return documents but decided to replace the battery as, more often than not, this is usually the problem and I have a lot of experience in carrying out the task.However, on opening the back I was amazed to see that the whole watch mechanism had not been secured and was loose and rattling about inside the bigger case. It failed to work with the new battery (and it was the correct one) so I replaced the original, realigned the device and replaced the back. The second hand started moving so I left it a while to see if the realigning worked and, to my utter surprise it didand it kept time.Nevertheless, knowing the state of its innards I’m in no way confident that this watch will continue to work and consider it is highly likely that the daily knocks and movement just from wearing it will cause it to fail again so I am returning it.On a positive note I like the watch enough to try again - as lightning rarely strikes twice - so have ordered a second, hopefully, properly manufactured time piece. Fingers crossed.Only 1 star for this sorry piece though.

The seller reached out to me and offered a couple options to make good on their product and satisfy their customer. This included me buying a battery and letting them know if that solved the problem, or returning the watch for a refund even though it was past the refund window. Unfortunately they couldn't just send me a new battery. I opted to send it back for a refund, because I kept not getting out to buy a battery. They promptly refunded my money when I requested that option. While I wish I had received a working watch... the seller did everything they could do to make it right. The watch itself was very cute.
