Had shipping problems with FedEx and then the product was out of stock. This company handled it perfectly, replaced my order with a better one, and then refunded me the difference. Really happy with how they worked with me to get me the bags I wanted and were honest and trustworthy!!!!! Attractive luggage- easy to spot in large group!!
Love the pattern, love how easily they move and spin. Love how easy it is to spot them on the airport conveyor belt! They seemed to have decent ratings overall, so I was a bit disappointed to see the inside edge on them which resembled common cardboard. Looks cheap.Other than that little issue, I like them.

Wheels broke on first flight.
Two wheels broke on first flight. I have attempted to contact seller 4 times with no response. Very disappointed would not recommend.

telescopic handle broke after one flight.
I would not recommend this item. I purchased as a gift. After one use, one direct flight the telescopic handled broke and will not come back out.
