I love these vitamins, I started taking them around 05/27/26, I'm seeing fast hair growth, its only been close to1 month. At 65 this is an excellent supplement. Been using this brand for exactly 2 years. The new hair growth is crazy. This is a current picture. But new hair has been growing in for at least a year and a half. It varies on where it decides to grow. I’m 46 and these new hairs aren’t even grey! This is one of the most obvious times bc it’s getting curlier the older I get. For the price of this product vs others you see on the Tok @ 30$ plus, get this one! Save your money and get results. No taste or burping. They just smell a little bit. Nothing bad.

They are easy to swallow. They do not leave an after taste in your mouth. I have noticed my nails growing more and hair is thicker.

This stuff is great! I was losing gobs of hair every day. Thank you perimenopause. I now shed very few strands even when it’s washed. And the B vitamins give me a boost of energy so I take him around lunchtime. I haven’t noticed any stomach upset. They are well worth the money.

Didn’t realize it’s also a multivitamin- which make me nauseous. Also have to take 2 tabs. There are other brands with higher concentration of the vitamins advertised. Pill size is also large. I stopped taking before seeing any results.

Great product! After two weeks I notice an improvement of my hair, nails, and skin. My hair seems to be fuller, my nails stronger, and my skin overall healthier. The pill size is small enough to be easily swallowed and most importantly I my stomach can easily digest them. I have noticed no side effects and will continue to include them as a dietary supplement.
