Wonderful, low impact, sweat inducing workouts! Love it!
First let me say that I'm a good 20lbs overweight, but I work out every day and would consider myself in moderate physical shape (used to doing Jillian Michaels DVDs). I just had a baby this year (c section) and the Jillian Michaels DVDs were just a little too rough on my joints, my knee and incision sight would hurt after a work out. These workouts are perfect. Very low impact, but they get me sweating like crazy!! My legs are WEAK when I'm done with a workout! I have to modify several moves because I'm just not flexible enough. She does these insane lunges and I just modify by coming up a little higher. It's very easy to modify several of the moves. I hope one day I can complete the Total body cardio sculpt without having to take a break, my thighs and glutes feel like they are on FIRE! LolHere is a break down of what is in the DVDTotal body barre express (34 minutes)Total body mat workout (40 minutes)Total body cardio sculpt (32 minutes)This one is my favorite! 👆🏼 It gets my heart rate up there and I'm sweating a lot by the time I'm done, the cardio moves are low impact, I love it!!Total body compound moves (16 minutes)This is the most challanging one to me. It has a little more impact, I have to modify several moves because of flexibility issues, and I have to be careful about my knee, but it really does a great job of getting your heart rate up very quickly! A great workout if you are crunched for time!The sound quality isn't that great, but the instructor is very pleasant and easy to follow, I also appreciate that she actually wears a shirt instead of a bra in the workouts I've done. (Haven't done the first 2 I listed) I have a little 4 year old who "does the workouts" with me and I appreciate that stomach and boobs aren't flashing like in a lot of the Jillian Michaels DVDs. I look forward to purchasing other workouts from Linda!

Don’t be fooled, this will kick your butt!!!
My rating is for the actual workout. It’s amazing! I’m shocked. This is a great workout!! I’ve done it all - ran half marathons, boxing gym, beachbody workouts, etc! I’m used to high impact, high intensity workouts. After two herniated disks in my neck, I have to tone it down and opted for this because it’s non-impact. I quit my gym membership and started this at-home workout, and I have been put to shame every day!! My muscles have not stopped being sore and I’m 2.5 weeks in; my heart rate gets into the 160s with the cardio express; and my legs shake and almost give out with the other workouts! Don’t be fooled by low impact - these workouts will kick your butt!As for the video, it’s defiltely a low-budget project, very simple, but I like that. She does a great job of explaining all the moves. She’s got a fantastic Aussie accent. :) I’m used to videos with more people in them to demonstrate different flexibility levels or fitness levels, and flexible I am NOT, but I just do my best. Really not need for modifications since it’s no-impact.

Fun and effective!
This is a fun and effective workout. I purchased it eight months ago and have been doing it on and off since then and everytime I do it, I sweat a ton and really feel a great burn. And a bit sore the next day! It is tough but not too difficult of a workout. It is fast paced but nothing crazy and any fitness level can do it. I get bored easily with workouts so the fact that I am still doing it so many months after buying it, speaks volumes. I love barre style workouts and Linda is an awesome instructor. You are never confused as to what to do. I like her personality as well— very sweet and soothing.

Wonderful!
These workouts are wonderful! They are tough, challenging and fun. The workouts are a fusion of Pilates, Barre, ballet And yoga. You will get strength work plus cardio. No shoes are required!! This is great for your coordination and agility as well. I've been doing them for the past two weeks. I'm keeping them in my rotation. I highly recommend. Actually I highly recommended Barlates!!
