Blizzard Snow Boots, Lined Winter Wellies, Green, UK 7

It's not often I buy a product and then feel compelled to write a review 2 years later. These wellies have been a staple of my winter shoe rack for over 2 years now and they've kept me and my collie walking happily since.Pros:-very comfy and warm, I don't need any thick socks when I'm wearing these.- completely waterproof as shown in the image- grippy soles- they look and feel quality- excellent valueCons:- can feel a little too warm if it's mild outside- they sometimes collect snow under the heel meaning it needs to be kicked off to avoid walking in high heels- I find them a little tight to get on. Though I do have walkers calfs and once they're on they're fine.I'm sure one day these will give up and I'll need a new pair but I have more than got my moneys worth and I'll definitely be buying them again when it happens. As it stands though, still going strong.

I love these boots, especially in winter. They are snug with furry lining inside, feel comfy and sturdy.I did have to buy another pair though because I accidently cut into the top of the foot with some large garden clippers at the allotment. Thanks to the thick rubber I managed to avoid cutting my actual foot! But needed a new pair as they were not fully waterproof after I cut a big hole in them! Whoops!I would advise buying at least half a size up as they are very snug and maybe a whole size up if you want to pair with warm thick socks.Great for walking through mud while fossil hunting, wading through streams with your kids, allotment gardening and for keeping those feet warm and snug in the wet and cold weather. They don't feel too heavy either and they feel sturdy and durable.Great value for a decent pair of long lasting wellies... as long as you don't accidently cut through them with gardening equipment!

Strange how so many boots are listed as Waterproof on this site, yet leave socks drenched after a 30 minute walk on wet grassThis is the real deal: comfortable, warm, waterproof and pretty decent grip on ice. Recommended

Good wellies & lovely & warm. Insoles slip at first but maybe a dab of glue will hold them in place. We’ll see.

Amazing boots. Got them for ny son who is between sizes 13-13.5 and bought size 1. Good thing I did, as they have fluff inside and still a bit of space left. Warm, comfy too as they are softer than the usual wellies.

I purchased the Dunlop Blizzard Thermal Wellington Boots (Black - 19589) to handle the wet, cold and generally miserable conditions of the British winter — and I can confidently say they are among the warmest and most practical wellies I’ve ever owned. Whether you're slogging through mud, braving icy fields, or simply walking the dog in January rain, these boots are more than up to the task.Build Quality and DesignFirst impressions are excellent. These boots look and feel incredibly robust, with a tough rubber outer shell that extends high up the calf to keep out water, slush, and muck. The sole is chunky and deeply treaded, offering excellent grip on slick pavements, muddy tracks, and even frozen ground. They’re finished in a matt black, giving them a simple, no-nonsense appearance. The Dunlop branding is subtle, and they look just as suitable for town wear as they do for country use.Inside is where they really shine — the boots are fully lined with a fleece insulation that’s soft, warm, and incredibly cosy. The inner lining extends to the top cuff and adds a welcome touch of comfort that you don’t often find in standard wellies.Comfort and WarmthUnlike most wellies, which tend to be stiff, cold, and unforgiving, the Blizzard boots are surprisingly comfortable right out of the box. The inner fleece feels snug, and there's enough cushioning in the insole to wear them all day without soreness. I’ve worn them on several long, muddy dog walks of over an hour each and experienced no discomfort, rubbing or blisters.Where they really excel is in the thermal insulation. I’ve tested them in frosty mornings, snow, and pouring rain, and my feet remained perfectly warm and dry the entire time — even when standing still for long periods. They’re rated to perform in sub-zero temperatures, and while I haven't yet tested them in Arctic conditions, I can vouch for their effectiveness in typical UK winter weather — cold, wet, windy, and unpredictable.Fit and SizingSizing is spot on. I went for my usual shoe size, and there’s just enough room to wear a thick pair of socks if needed without making them feel tight. The shaft of the boot is wide enough to accommodate trousers tucked inside but doesn’t feel loose or floppy. There’s also a drawstring toggle at the top to help seal out drafts or snow — a thoughtful and very practical touch.Grip and PerformanceThe deep-lug sole provides superb traction. On wet grass, gravel, icy pavements and sticky mud, the grip holds strong — I’ve had no slips, even on frosty early morning dog walks or walking across ploughed fields. The heel is slightly raised and supportive, which helps reduce fatigue over long distances, and the boots flex nicely when walking — not too rigid, not too soft.Final ThoughtsIf I had to offer one minor suggestion, it would be to make the insole removable so it could be replaced or upgraded — but that’s a small thing considering the warmth and comfort already provided.Overall, the Dunlop Blizzard Thermal Wellington Boots are a top-tier choice for winter protection. Warm, waterproof, grippy, and extremely well-built, they’re ideal for farming, dog walking, gardening, or simply surviving another soggy British winter.Highly recommended for anyone who needs a rugged, thermal-lined boot that doesn’t compromise on comfort.

Absolutely glowing review. These boots are simply spectacular. I am very impressed. The pictures and description of this item on the shop do not do them justice. I cannot say enough positive things about these boots.I bought two sets of these for my kids so as not to dirty their shoes when at the park, we have a particularly muddy one near where we live. I trusted the brand name of Dunlop and they certainly did not disappoint. These boots are very well made. The sole grip is fantastic in mud, the fluffy inner lining is great meaning it keeps their feet warm without having to wear thick socks. The upper boot is immensely flexible as well, which I did not realise. This means they can run around and climb without being restricted by a clumsy boot itself.Summary.Points to Note:1. True to size.2. Colour is true to the pictures.3. Easily wipeable and cleaning is a breeze.4. Flexible upper.5. Lightweight.6. Fluffy inner lining.7. Upper drawstring for splash.I highly recommend this product.✅

Well they just arrived at the door and they look and feel great, I'm a 10UK and I have a narrow enough foot, so a bit apprehensive before putting them on as I feared they'd be too tight, based on reviews suggesting to size up. Anyway, put them on and wow! Perfect size and super comfy, they fit snuggly and don't flip flop when walking, as most do. They absorb hard surfaces beautifully and if you had to run with them on they'd stay put and wouldn't hurt your feet or ankles. The fur lining feels supportive and cosy and gives you absolute confidence that your feet will stay warm on the coldest of days. The crazy thing is, is that you get them off without pulling a hamstring or putting your back out. Quality item for sure !

We walk a lot in rain. These boots are just amazing for us.

Stövlarna jag beställde kom i 2 storlekar för stora. Tråkigt då dom annars ser bra ut

Stövlarna är mjuka och sköna, dock passar de bättre för vår och höst än vinter. Man blir lite kall om tårna i dem.
