This brush pack has 14 brushes in a variety of bristle shapes and sizes. They are smaller in size than they appear in their product photo. The largest brush (#12 round) is sized: 8.75" long. The smallest brush (#4 flat) is sized: 7.25" long. They're lightweight, comfortable to hold. Because of their size they're great for small/intricate detail work and also perfect for painting smaller art pieces like miniature painting. I do like way the bristles hold their shape well and they "snap" back with decent firmness. I love the variety of brushes and there's quite a few round brushes- 6 total! Since round brushes are good all a 'round' brushes 😁 its nice to have a good range of these. That being said - The #8 round brush in this set is Wonderful! It's now one of my favorite brushes for watercolor! It performed as well as some of my more expensive brushes! I didn't have high expectations for these but I tested them using gouache and watercolor and they performed exceptionally well for the $7.99 price- you can't beat that! Only 1 brush had a couple loose hairs but it's to be expected sometimes. They clean up easily with soap & water. I'm very happy with these and will purchase them again.

This is a really great value. You get a lot of paint brushes with this set. These are not the most high-end brushes on the market, but they're perfect for beginners or even intermediate use. I use them for watercolor, but they are versatile for acrylic and any other type of painting you might be doing. It's such a good value you can't go wrong. What I like the best is that you don't get any breakage or shedding like you do with other brands

I'm constantly painting either full pieces or murals in the house or upcycling little figures from thrift shops or the dollar store. I love the variety of sizes here that fit what I'm working on no matter what. I only had to buy additional tiny 000 brushes for the smallest projects. I've used a lot of different brushes over the last few years that I've really gotten into painting, and these hold up really well after multiple washes. The brushes are soft but also sturdy. I haven't experienced any shedding either. Overall for this price point I think you're getting a pretty decent quality brush that can last a good while. I will definitely buy again when the time comes to replace these!
