How thick is this product? Is there a non-slip mat?

It’s not too thick & it comes with bottom holders you stick on so it’s not directly touching desk

Will it fit a Google with Android for Pixel?

It fits my Android phone. I don't know about the one you mentioned.

Will this work with a loopy case?

It will not lay flat with that type if case, so no.

What are the two clear rectangle tabs for?

So it doesn’t touch the surface directly, it’s on clear tabs
