I’ve been using this jackfruit flour mainly to mix with my regular atta for chapatis, and it’s been a great addition. It doesn’t change the taste much, but I do feel lighter after meals and it keeps me full for longer. What I really like is that it’s natural, gluten-free, and seems to help with sugar control. Nice flour traditionally different but taste nice interesting try in my opinion it suits me well through nice to eat my making my hometown sweet dish

Product is good. But a bit costly compared to equivalent products in the market.

Roti atta was added with 1 spoon of jack fruit flour and roties remained fresh and moisture was enough to keep fresh for whole day. Rooties cooked without this flour used to be soggy when stored in hotpot. Said benefit of blood sugar control of the product is still not verified since it will take 3 months. But initial effect is good. Also after taste leaves clean palate unlike without this flour. Overall happy with few usages.
