Got this on offer for something small, portable that could clean up after myself, kids and the dog. Was put straight to the test cleaning dog vomit (sorry!) of a rug and it did a great job and did the rest of the rug not just the impacted area. The suction is good so you’re left with something that relatively damp rather than wet. Has a good choice of cleaning brushes that are easy to swap. The rotating opening particularly is good as loosing up the dirt. Tried it on my car foot mats after giving them a good hoover. They looked clean but using this on them showed from the dirt in the water being collected. Really pleased with how the turned out. Set up is really easy. Cleaning the attachment's is really straightforward. It has good suction power and is quite discrete when storing away. It’s subtle colours so doesn’t stand out. For something that was relatively cheap I found it it really useful. It’s a spot cleaner so doing a larger carpet for example isn’t what it’s designed for but for little accidents it’s perfect and used it on a king size mattress and was absolutely fine. Really pleased with it and would definitely recommend it.

If you have puppies, this is honestly a must-have. Our pups are still young, so accidents happen, and this cleaner has already saved our carpets more times than I can count. We even had one really bad mess that had been in the carpet for a whole night, and it came up without any trouble at all. It’s easy to use, quick to grab when you need it, and takes so much stress out of puppy training. We wouldn’t be without it; it’s already paid for itself. We like the fact that it is lightweight, making it very portable even when full. I would say, depending on the mess and how much liquid you use, it dries within a couple of hours

This is a substantial well made machine. Straightforward to use, empty, clean etc. High noise level when in use, carpet was still a bit damp after use, this was expected but it dried fairly quickly and made a good job of cleaning the mess without excess effort. Meagre amount of cleaning solution provided.

I bought this item because of the reviews and was not disappointed! I have 6 dogs & a grandchild so forever ensuring my home is spotless. I have always had the Henry vax but it’s large, awkward and heavy. I wanted something light that did the same job! When it was delivered it was compact and well made. Easy to assemble, lightweight and easy to use! The clear chambers enable you to see the grime. The suction is very strong with lots of attachment’s. The pet attachment was outstanding! When you have mobility issues it scrubs for you! It’s not quiet but it’s not loud either. The sofas were damp but not wet. It had exceptional power for such a little compact machine! I love it! Very pleased indeed!

The suction is very good i bought it for my car as I have cloth seats used it 5 times already due to people spilling drinks and food good size and weight good quality and looks good too very long power cable so don't need to keep on changing sockets

The device is great for spot cleaning carpet when it works. It can effectively and conveniently (to a degree) clean up messes left by pets and humans. The device itself is easy to clean and maintain. Its cable and hose are designed to wrap around and clip onto itself, making the whole thing very tidy. BUT! The hose is of poor quality, and because of the way it clips to the device, it is placed under constant pressure, and would break easily. I have had two units of this spot cleaner, and both broke at exactly the same place near the nozzle. The hose is also not replaceable/repairable, so the whole unit would become trash. The first unit was just outside of warranty when it broke, which led to me buying the second unit, and despite my attempt to reinforce the hose by wrapping it in tape, it still broke in exactly the same way. This time it is still under warranty and I am sending it back, but given thale design issue I am not hopeful that it will last. So while I am waiting for the repair I have ordered another carpet cleaner from another brand.
