The supplied software, S-Teleprompter, is a nightmare to use. The column size for the text you need to read in the miniscule 3" screen is about half the size you need, is not contain in tiny screen and the app is unable to accommodate it in any way.It's a great idea but the size and the supplied app are both inadequate.Buy it and you are asking for frustration, THAT IS THE ONLY THING THAT IS GUARANTEED TO WORK.

I spent 5-hours trying to get this device to work before I gave up. I have a Logitech 920 webcam on a thin screen. I was hoping that I could install this teleprompter over the screen and record videos with my scripts. Unfortunately, the teleprompter leans forward when you hang it on the top of the screen. If you tilt back your screen, it can work, but then the top of the teleprompter clips the top of the image. Also, the wide angle of the Logitech shows two black corners of the teleprompter on the sides. I also tried to use the teleprompter with the camera mount rail and my Logitech webcam. The image was better and not clipped. However, the camera lens is at the bottom of the teleprompter while your text is scrolling above the image, so you are not looking at the camera lens as you read the text. It's too bad the manufacturer didn't test this aspect of the teleprompter out. I believe with some mechanical modifications, it could do the job. I returned it and am still shopping for the right solution.

The prompter will not sit high enough hanging over monitor to give enough space for the webcam. Also had some serious question marks when experimenting with a regular webcam.

The hardware is very well made. The software and the remote are useless. The app itself, even if it were functional, is limited. The remote would not connect with neither my tablet, nor my phone.The workaround I used was downloading different prompt software and using the bluetooth keyboard for my tablet as a remote.

The hardware is nice. It came with scratches on the glass. No quality control or it was a damaged returned item they sold me. The app is limited and the remote control misbehaves.
