Been taking for about one week and I can tell the difference already, staying focused at work way better.

With the majority of nutritional supplements, I tend not to notice results even after using them for an extended period of time. With this supplement, it was effective more or less right away. The combination of caffeeine and L-Theanine, in particular, seems helpful for my ADHD symptoms, and several of the other ingredients are ones I have seen as helpful for general brain health. While the levels of B12 seem fairly excessive to me, I didn't notice any ill effects from them, either.One thing to note is that these pills are massive. I don't normally have issues swallowing pills, and tend to do them two at a time, in general, but definitely could only do one with these. If you have issues with swallowing pills, these might prove to be an issue for you.As a somewhat-infrequent user of supplements, the price for these seems a bit high for me. Since it does seem to work for me, I might be willing to consider purchasing it, though since it does have a number of elements I don't think are quite as effective for me, I might look into alternatives with fewer ingredients to do the same thing for a lower price.

This item was shipped in extremely hot weather, the pills were all melted and stuck together. I couldn’t even take them. Poor packaging. Why would they not take extreme caution when shipping pills in extreme heat anywhere across the country they could potentially cause somebody to be extremely ill. I shouldn’t have even given it one star but it makes you. The pills that I’ve received previously were fantastic and I’ve never had an issue.

A dose is two of these very large bi-color softgels daily. Given they have a bit of caffeine, I would take them both early in the day if caffeine bothers you.The rest of it is blueberry extract, lions mane mushroom, omega 3 oil and more. Make sure you're not overdoing the omega 3 if you're taking other pills as well.The alertness comes from L-Theanine and caffeine while the brain health comes from bacopa and ginkgo biloba.So far so good on these, less brain fog, and sometimes I'll take them later in the day for a pick me up in the afternoon when I usually start dragging at work.
