Flimsy
It feels like i can bend it without any effort, even hammering per its instruction adds dents, but i guess it holds everything.. feels really cheap, but looks durable

A great case storage solution for guitar hoarders like me.
If one of your first-world problems is way too many guitars, you probably also have way too many guitar cases, and when you leave guitars in cases en masse, you may find that you don't play them very often because they're simply hard to get at. The solution: hang all of your guitars up on the wall, and get those cases out of the way and into some kind of compact storage solution.I purchased the 18 x 47.24 x 78 arrangement and it fits most guitar cases perfectly. You WILL run into some hassles with non-rectangular cases and acoustic guitar cases may well be too large in depending on the design. The typical rectangular electric guitar case works great, and I did find I could fit some irregularly shaped cases for things like Les Pauls put putting them on top of the pile. I can get about 3 typical case per shelf. Now you may be thinking "I don't have first world problems like too many guitars, are these shelves any good for other things?" Good question, and the answer is an annoying "it depends."MOST (all?) of the steel shelving in this price rage is not heavy duty industrial storage, and I would not rely on these shelves for serious garage or warehouse duty. For that, you'll want to lay out the cash and buy from Uline or somewhere like that. These shelves are great at delivering a lot of storage volume and surface for a pretty attractive price point. The steel is thin gauge stamped material held together using steel rivets that slot into oblong holes. The construction is very flexible and not extremely sturdy, and you'll want to take the weight ratings for this product with a grain of salt. Sure, they can hold a lot of weight. No, you're not going to feel confident stacking racks of tires on them. The shelves themselves are also made from stamped steel--which is nicer than the particle board you see in other units that often has the structural integrity and consistency of a graham cracker--but not terribly thick. It's best to think of these as industrial-looking shelves for household storage--bins full of bath towels or clothes, picnic coolers, bulk paper towel storage, craft supplies, etc. Not tires, air compressors, benchtop woodworking tools, etc. Those things are going to make these shelves rack and wobble in a scary fashion. As others note, these are very easy and fast to assemble. Getting started can be fussy if you're working alone, but is totally doable (I assembled these without help). One upside to the light duty construction is that they are not heavy and straightforward to move around once assembled. DO bolt these to the wall with the provided hardware regardless of how heavy the contents you are putting there end up being. These are not stable enough--in my opinion--to be free standing in the center of a room.In a nutshell: these offer great capacity, are lightweight and easy to assemble and move into position, reasonably attractive in a garage or pantry, inexpensive, but not heavy duty in construction or appropriate to professional / warehouse / storage.

Fantastic Shelf
Sturdy shelf that also looks good. Recommend a second person to assemble.

Needs reinforcement to roll
I bought two of these to replace a larger stationary rack of similar design. They went together easily, and are just the right size for me. But, the first time I tried to roll one, it started to collapse. The connectors on the uprights didn’t hold together and the unit was in danger of pancaking. A trip to the hardware store for some stiff x-bracing in back and corner braces for the front - $40 apiece- and they’ll be fine. If you only use the stationary no problem, but don’t expect to roll them around without some extra work.

Excuse the mess :)
I should’ve taken a photo before we loaded it down with all of our stuff, but here we are! This storage shelf is very sturdy and well made. My husband and I were both impressed with it! Excellent quality and as you can see, it holds a LOT! :)

Previously returned item ?
Shelves came without instructions and quite dented. We suspect this was an item previously bought and returned as some parts were taped together - some weren't. Parts bags were opened and helpful items, such as the mallet, gloves ( and most of all , INSTRUCTIONS ! ), that were supposed to be included- were missing. The actual shelves appear pretty flimsy - and evidently, easy to dent. Because at this point, I think this would be to difficult to try to return, we're going to try to figure out these unlabeled parts and try to assemble this - but at this point, I wouldn't recommend.
