Good overall.
Little delay or slight problem selecting water and ice from the dispenser - have to press the buttons a couple times to toggle between the option you want. Slight misalignment on the french door handles, left is just slightly higher. Not many shelf height adjustment options, our older samsung fridge had much more interior versatility. Only ONE star off as the most important part - The fridge and freezer both work great. Like the option of 4 types of ice.

LOUSY REFRIGERATOR!
If I could rate Samsung refrigerators with less than 1 star, I’d do it in a New York minute. My wife and I inherited a Samsung refrigerator a few ago after we bought a home. It was only two years old. The previous owners had the refrigerator repaired twice. My wife and I over the first year owning the home had it repaired twice. I told my wife that if we had to have it repaired again, it’s gone. Within three months, the refrigerator died again, we pitched it and bought a Whirlpool refrigerator. We’ve never looked back. Our appliance repairman loves Samsung refrigerators. He said the company makes great TV’s, though!

No ice!
If you’re looking for a refrigerator that pretends to have an ice maker, congratulations—you’ve found your soulmate. I bought this fridge thinking I was stepping into the luxurious world of automatically chilled beverages. Instead, I entered a never-ending tragic comedy titled: “Frozen Expectations: The Ice Maker Chronicles.” Our ice maker has broken five times. Not once, not twice—five. Like a clingy ex, it keeps coming back just long enough to remind me why I hate it. Each time, I had to take off work, wait around for a technician, and listen to them confidently declare, “All fixed!” only to watch it die again like a soap opera character with a flair for dramatic exits. Let’s do the math: • Ice? Minimal. • Missed work? Five times. • Emotional damage? Ongoing. • Trust in Samsung? Zero At this point, I’ve formed a deeper relationship with my ice cube trays than this “state-of-the-art” appliance. They don’t let me down. They don’t require service calls. And they don’t ghost me after three cubes. How many people have broken Samsung ice makers? So many, there was a class action lawsuit. (Google it) Save yourself the heartache. Unless you’re into disappointment, warm drinks, and unpaid time off, steer clear of Samsung. This fridge doesn’t make ice—it makes memories you’ll need therapy for.
