CORSAIR VS Series, VS650, 650 Watt, 80+ White Certified, Non-Modular Power Supply

This works great for my build been working great since June and now it’s august it’s really quite and it stays very cool. Update after 9 months. This PSU still works great. It has been used very heavily since I bought it. It worked very good while using it and I’m very happy of how it performs. I’m going to be upgrading with a CORSAIR HX Series, HX1000, 1000 Watt, 80+ Platinum Certified, Fully Modular Power Supply. So this one has seen lots of use and I’m going to be upgrading with a RTX 2070Ti and a i7 8700K. So a 650 watt power supply will not be enough. So I will be upgrading with that one. I would recommend this to a person.

The second PS in my HP media center machine calved so I thought I'd step up to a more known brand this time. This item is great, came with all the bits I needed & is very quiet. Lots of length in the wires too & that helped a lot in the big case of the HP as things are far apart. It was short one attachment for the older IDE drive but that was an extra one I put in so no fault there, just got an adapter.

My computer is crazy small so it didn't fit and didn't have my particular connections. That being said, it looked proper and had a lot of options for connections. May have issues fitting all the excess cables and it does have the factory smell still lingering.

Just power supply use quiet and it works great and all of its power levels are within specifications. This is a great budget power supply.

This power supply was more than enough to power my Ryzen 7, GTX 1080, and MOBO. Has enough outputs for me to run dual graphic cards and power fans if desired.

I only wish the cables were flat for good cable management because now i seem to have to buy another case but other than that, it's quiet has 4 SATA connectors for hard drives, it's a very nice step up from the stock power supply and even though it's 650 watts it doesn't use all 650 depending what's installed in your computer. Mine didn't come with a power supply tester but I'm overall satisfied.

I have 2 other computers with Corsair power supplies that very rarely get turned off. They run all day since 2014. This Corsair power supply came as I expected, and it was easy to install. The cable length was good. It was quiet. Unfortunately it only worked for about a day. I installed it in an existing working computer that had a larger power supply that I needed for a new build. I did a fresh install of windows 10, updated all my drivers. and installed all my software. During that process over several hours the computer booted several times which is normal. It was late when I finished up and I shut it down for the night because I still needed to move it over to the TV. When I went to restart it in the morning, it is used for TV/DVR purposes, It did not boot. I didn't have any power from the usb ports on the case which I usually do. I checked the switch on the power supply, I switched cords, I checked the MB plugs for the power button etc. There was no sign of life, no fan, no sounds, no smoke. I decided to replace the power supply again with another Corsair supply from a local store and returned it the same day. I installed the new Corsair supply and the computer has been running great ever since (about 2 weeks straight). Overall I would still recommend Corsair power supplies and Amazon was great with the return.

Bought for an APU system for which this is an overkill but it will be just fine with something like GTX 1660Ti as a future upgrade. It is very quiet and reliable. Build quality and cable length is perfect. Corsair knows what they're doing👍

Neat and tidy product but not compatible with my PC

Wow just wow! In this price it’s such a well built and solid power supply. The biggest best thing for me is that this power supply is dead silent, 0 coil whine noises 0 fan noise. I’m so happy with this thing, I’m even happier at its price tag. A power supply this quiet is usually around 450-600AED. I was suffering from coil whine noises in my thermaltake 650W power supply. Corsair is awesome!

Like all Corsair products I have, this power supply does the job. It's enough power to power my video card, motherboard, fans (lots of them), SSDs, and others. Would recommend!
