1 Year from date of purchase according to my card.

Q: Can the usb out be used to record and monitor on ios? so nux aa>usb-c to lightning cable>iphone/ipad?

Yes. You will need the usb to iPhone cable.

Q: What kind of usb connector connects to the amp academy? none of my various usb cables work.

In my case, computer side was still a traditional USB-A (USB3) connector, but the Amp Academy uses a USB-C type, so I got this cable from Amazon and it worked: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08RDF16VV?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1
