This is not original book, it is a cheap photocopy.

Original version printed it larger size, page no issues
The thing that I didn't like about this book is they write to refer to a certain page in a chapter related to a certain concept, and when you go to that page number, what you see there is completely different and not at all related to the thing we're expecting.
