Game Changer for Leg Day and My Knees
I originally bought these after they were recommended to me, and they've become a permanent part of every leg day workout. The flat, stable sole gives me a much better connection to the floor during squats, deadlifts, and other lower-body exercises. I feel more balanced and confident under heavier weight, and, most importantly for me, they've been much kinder to my knees than my regular training shoes. They're comfortable, fit well, and have held up great through many workouts. If you're serious about lifting and want a stable shoe that helps you focus on your form, I highly recommend these. They've earned a permanent spot in my gym bag. ๐ช

For strength training
So Iโm writing this review to help others decide to get or not, so Iโve ALWAYS worn cross trainers tennis shoes, either Nike or Reebok but in recent months Iโve switched from just cardio to strength training and HIIT and my legs and knees have been putting in a beating, Iโve tried to figure out if it was incorrect movement or my shoes, and come to find out through trial and error it was my shoe, now it may be different for someone else as we are all different but when I would wear my Adidas EQT flat cross trainers (no arch) I was not getting the pain and DOMS as much and felt like with my sumos and RDLs I needed something completely flat, I do have arch but I have really strong feet so I did my research and purchased these, I wear a womenโs size 7.5 and have wide feet, I first bought the 6.5 but they wear too too tight and it compressed too much then next day bought the 7 and itโs a perfect fit with socks, now I could have gotten away with the 6.5 without socks but I donโt want to have stinky shoes so knew I had to go half a size up and itโs a perfect fit! In my living room I tried a sumo and leg squat and what a difference! I saw that in the gym I was moving forward too much and not getting good stability so I know these are just what I needed, im not sure how theyโll hold up in the long run but for 34 bucks itโs worth a shot, I hope this help others, they are nice too but most importantly I think this will help with balance and proper form, for reference I will be wearing these at the gym doing functional trainingUpdate: these are phenomenal weight training shoes I know they ainโt Nikes but they have been so good to me, im a couple months they broke in and are even better than new, you got break em in and they have helped so much weight training highly recommend!!! Worth it
Theyโre super comfortable. They fit a bit tight wearing regular socks, so be mindful. But other than that theyโre great.Doing Deadlifts, squats, or anything involving a good solid base, these are worth it.

Effective, solid quality, not for boney feet...
Effective at allowing great deadlifting, though for my feet they're not as comfortable as hoped. Thin, light, VERY grippy, these are good though. Make sure to do all warmup sets with them on so you get used to rebalancing while lifting, otherwise you might stumble if you're not expecting how low they place you to the ground.

Took a few workouts to get used to, but now I love them
I have always worn cross training sneakers for weightlifting, but I haven been lifting at home (rather than at a gym) for the past three or so years. Where I have my home bench, rack, weights, etc., is carpeted. It was coming up on time for new shoes, but I haven't been able to find anything I liked. I have very flat, wide feet and I have one particular shoe brand that I stick with. But they haven't had any great shoes and a good price point over the last year.During a search around Black Friday, I randomly came across these shoes on Amazon and, based on the reviews and pricing, decided to give them a try. For gym shoes, I typically wear an 11 or 11.5 wide (2E). I measured using the info provided and ordered the size "11.5-12". After first trying them on I knew I wanted to keep them. My first workout with them was chest/tri (so not deadlifts). I think I made them too tight because after a few minutes of lifting it started to hurt where my arch should be (I literally have no arch in my foot). I loosened up the hook/loop straps and they were good to go. Then I started feeling like maybe they were too tight and my big toe kept hitting a weird spot. I wore them for a second workout, bicep/shoulder (so again not deadlifts), and they were more comfortable, but I was still thinking I might need a bigger size. I also realize I had been trying to push my heel all the way back in them instead of just wearing them naturally, but that was part of the process of getting used to this kind of shoe. By my third workout, legs and back, I had the hook/loop straps figured out and I was just wearing them naturally. My big toe wasn't hitting a weird spot anymore and I think the shoes loosened up a bit. Had a great leg workout, especially calves. I see why these are marketed as deadlifting shoes because I felt like I had a lot more feeling and control over all of my leg exercises (squats, deadlifts, calf raises). I also felt less pressure on my left knee which had previously been swelling after workouts. After that third workout I knew these shoes were good to go.They are definitely different than a cross trainer, and honestly I don't know if I would want them if I were still going to an actual gym. They really are like wearing just a shell of a shoe, so I would worry about hitting my toes on weights or equipment. I also don't like having to switch shoes or swap equipment during a workout, but some people love that. For my home use on carpeted floor with fairly decent weight (300+ bench and squat sets, 400+ deadlift sets) these are perfect. I don't plan on going back to cross trainers. Highly recommended if you know you want this type of shoe or even if you just want to check them out and see if it's worth it. Just note that it takes a few workouts to get used to them and break them in. I'm about three weeks into using them and I'm very happy I went with this shoe in the size I selected.

Better than Notorious Lift
Trust me on this one.... they are better quality or at worst the same quality as Notorious Lift for 1/3 of the price. I am a competition powerlifter who owned the original Notorious Lift from a few months of their first launch. Those fell apart within two years. These shoes are better than those (the Notorious Lifts) that launched that brand. So if the new versions of NL are better, well then they would be on pare with these shoes and these shoes are still 70% cheaper.I have deadlifted over 600 lbs... these will hold up.

Too narrow but has potential
I really like the aesthetics on this shoe with style and the cream color I got. Also felt grippy when you wear them. For me though, just too tight, especially around the toes. I assumed they were built wide, like other brands, but I had to return them because they were too narrow even to break in after a couple times working out. Really wanted to keep them but just didnโt work out for this one.

Poor quality
Really donโt understand the good reviews. Really bad quality and like a beach shoe not something sturdy to do weights in. Brought but sent back.

Buen producto
Me han gustado. Parecen poco resistentes y que se pueden despegar facilmente pero han aguantado bastante bien a pesar de que les he dado buen uso en 2 meses y medio. Vamos a ver cuanto mas aguantan

Size chart is accurate, measure your feet before buying
After reading other conflicting reviews I was nervous about sizing. I measured my feet and used the size chart, they fit perfectly. I would personally ignore your normal shoe size and go solely based on the chart. My feet are usually a women's 7ish and I got a 7.5. If I had listened to reviews saying to size an entire size up they would have been significantly too loose. These feel sturdy but are incredibly light and have a lot of grip. They're a bit like water shoes/practice dance shoes with more support and flatter, thicker soles. The yellow colour is just as vibrant as the image. Very happy with this purchase.
