Excellant how to do manual for sushi. Very good indeed. My first attempt was rubbish, but I'm sticking at it, and will follow the instructions next time, after I have redecorated the kitchen.

How to for basics , don't expect recepies.
Received damaged, second page creased giving the impression this book has been used. This isn't a recipe book but gives you info how to make sushi. I would recommend this book if wanting to learn how to make sushi, recipes you can find on the net. I would recommend this book if new to sushi but don't except recipies. 4 stars.
