I am upset with hikvision and amazon both, one on the camera was having problem in recording but on replace option was provided, they told you will have to return entire setup but I could not as installation was done and I paid the installation charges and hich was more than camera cost

Dont buy, kharab camera
Don't buy. Diffective camera and no replacement no change. Waste of money. Customer care ko cl karne pe bolte hai ki hikvision walo ka number denge uspe baat karlo, aur wo number bhi nahi lagta. Customer jaye to kaha jaye, offline lene me atleast check karke to dete hai. Hik vision seller chor hai
