Very good quality, durable been using it daily for 18 months Cons: 1. right side adjustment strap now sliding, I normally carry the bag over 1 shoulder 2. There is no padding at the bottom on the bag, this is a huge issue especially on the laptop and tablet pockets . The devices take a direct hit everytime you drop the bag. 3. The shoulder straps appear to be very thin where they connect to the bag, I thought they would go first.. but they have held ok so far Pros: It’s beautiful, still looks like new, very good capacity and does not look bulky when empty. Lots of pockets and sleeves .. I love it!

I like the bag but the zipper gets stuck from the folding, and the compartments are a little smaller than the traditional gray BANGE Anti Theft Backpack，Smart Business Laptop. Overall its a good back pack but just a little smaller in space.

After scouring amazon for a backpack, I decided to purchased this one! What made me buy it was the large compartment in the front, it's big enough to carry my large tablet, and the front side compartment we perfect for hand sanitizer, wallet, keys, hand lotion, etc. After months of owning this backpack, I kinda wish I had gotten another one. If you want an everyday backpack, don't get this one. This feels like it was made specifically for filling it up with clothes and throwing your documents in the front side pockets for a trip to the airport. Anything I put in the large front compartment, if it's big, ends up squishing the items in the front side compartment. The main compartment, because of how it's shipped and folded, is at such an awkward spot and I always have to fully open the backpack to grab my stuff. If I added anything bigger than a few books, it ends up squishing the big front compartment. It's not very fun. It holds a crap load of clothes. I packed it full with a towel, full change of clothes, bathing supplies, and a nintendo switch so it has plenty of room, just not for everyday use. Build quality Is great and when you wear it, it does a good job at evening out the weight so it feels lighter. It's water resistant which I like! The USB port is not fast charging. It takes 6 hours to fully charge my phone No thank you. I'd rather just take my powerbanke out to use it

I absolutely adore this backpack, I can't even explain how happy I feel when I pop this on my back in the mornings. I needed a new backpack as my last one was causing me lower back pain (it took me some time to realise that it was the backpack). I did a lot of research and considered some of the more popular, bigger names that were more expensive but not quite suitable for what I needed the bag for. I'm a building surveyor so I normally carry an I Pad, a clip board, stationary (damp meter, laser measure, torch) as well as clothing (hi-viz, jacket or a jumper). This backpack is large, however it doesn't show in terms of depth and that's because of the way it's been smartly designed and location of larger and smaller pockets. It looks so slick and stylish, it's water proof, resistant to scuffs, and it's got goo cushioning at the bottom which protects my laptop/I Pad (obviously, if you continuously drop your bag from a height, I imagine it will eventually get damaged, as will the backpack, but as of now, I feel confident that If I did drop the back, my contents would be safe). What bothered me about previous backpacks was that I couldn't fasten the straps tight enough to sit high enough up on my back, thankfully that is not the case with this one. Additionally, other backpacks tend to lean away from my back, making it feel like I'm dragging more weight and this also contributed to my back pain, again, thankfully not the case with this one, it sits flush against my back. I've had this backpack for a couple of months and I've not noticed any notable wear and tear and it functions exactly how it's intended. The zips are also of a good quality and I haven't noticed them catching or any frayed material. Overall, I would honestly rate this backpack a 10/10 as it's far exceeded my expectations in terms of quality, design, durability, look and comfort.

Took this backpack with me on my trip to Japan as I needed a bag that can carry my laptop as well as some other essentials. This backpack can fit a lot in it with lots of extra pockets, although one minor issue was this couldn't fit under the seat for one of my flights (it fit for another flight I had) and had to leave it in the overhead compartment which was not an issue. The backpack is also very sturdy and can probably take a decent amount of abuse without worry.

This is a great backpack. It is strong and sturdy. I use it to carry all my books and even my clothes every day.

Great feel and loads of storage space. Not taken out on the road yet but so feels like it will be Upto the task
