Great seasoning. If you are gluten intolerant but also have trouble with garlic or onion, this will help season a non- garlic, gluten tomato based sauce for your pasta. We are having a ball with this. Mixed with a large can of crushed tomato’s and a can of tomato sauce. Toss in a box gluten free pasta. Add Parmesan cheese!

My grandmother from old Italy would add this to her tuna salad. My grandfather would come back from fishing with some fresh tonno. The family would all run to greet him. Tuna, mayo, some lemon juice, cranberry raisins, this seasoning… reminds me of being at their house in Italy! We would enjoy some wine and tonno salad. Ok that’s all a lie, but the recipe is real. Try it in tuna salad. It is really good. Mangia! Mangia!
