They were old and not fresh, everyone had difficulty opening them.

The cups came damaged and squished. The seals do not open as described, I have to cut the wafer out with scissors, on some the grape juice too which makes a huge mess and the Juice tastes old. Unusable damaged product. Not as described!

Really convenient to have the combo version.

The delivery was swift and it tastes great.

While they were convenient in that they contained the juice and the wafer, they were difficult to open and the juice tasted horrible.

The media could not be loaded. 1. The cups are all squashed inwards.2. The peel back tabs do not work as described. It doesn't matter which tab is peeled back, the wine seal opens first.3. Ordered on June 26 and delivered on June 27 with an expiry date of October 18. Yet, the wine tastes rancid!Unfortunately, this item is not eligible for returns. So, if you choose to buy it, you won't get a refund nor replacement.
