as a business, we will keep buying this as it does a good job. and much cheaper than the official one.

Both these toner cartridges produced dark lines down across every page. I even cleaned every part of printer to try to rectify. Put old printer cartridge - bought elsewhere - back in to check and no dark lines! These tone cartridges then reinstalled and same problem again. Wrote to seller and received response within couple of hours - BUT - automated response that told me to clean printer, plus a couple of YouTube links. Response poor in every sense and written in such poor English that it didn't even make full sense. I'll never use this seller again. Looking back on other review I can see that other have experience exactly the same problem. Complete waste of money as both toner cartridges are unusable.

A the beginning this was a good Toner. AFTER it started to print FADED sheets. The seller did offer a new toner out of discretion which I was grateful for because the 4 toners ran out so quickly.I am adding to this review AFTER having used them for 1 YEAR. It is cheap and bad quality. still printed faded. So I would encourage all to look for a better company. Keep trying them all out if you must. I was loyal for up to 1 year and now it is evident that it is BAD!!
