A must read for all leaders and business owners
This is a very well written book providing a wealth of knowledge, real life examples from industry leaders, and concise, clear and practical advice. The theory is well tested, supported by the authors experience coaching with ‘top 100 corporations’, and by real life examples and quotes from business leaders.I was inspired by the thought provoking questions and was able to easy implement them into my working life. I’ve become more of a challenger in my organisation and influence the strategic direction and speed of change of the business.

A book that brings about epiphanies
At first, I found this book to be as expected in its content and tone… it seemed like a well-written, shrewd, and insightful business book. However, as I read on it quickly revealed itself to be totally unique, profound, and full of original and thought-provoking ideas! It celebrates breaking down and disrupting the usual structures and patterns of ego and control found in the ‘industrial age’ workplace. Suggesting that they are replaced with more effective, compassionate, creative, open, brave, honest and innovative modes of being. Sign me up! Needless to say I had several epiphanies about myself as well as organisations while reading it!

Inspiring and so much more!
This is the most inspiring book I think I have ever read. It's logical yet heartfelt, easy to take in and has many lightbulb moments! It immediately made sense of why I felt like I was swimming alone against an Establishment 'tide' and what I could do about it. You don't need to be a business leader to take heart, inspiration and renewed energy from these words. In fact, I'd go so far as to say that leaders who are passionate about instilling confidence, positive energy and empowerment throughout every layer of their organisations should give this book to all their employees. It has helped me no end, and I enjoy reading it often.
