Useless for sous vide - 6mm width
This tape is only 6 mm wide, which is too narrow to use with conventional kitchen temperature probes. (Standard sous vide closed foam tape is typically 20 mm wide.) Es funktioniert!
Das Loch in der Sous Vide Folie wird tatsächlich perfekt abgedichtet. Das Band löst sich unter Wasser nicht ab, das Vakuum im Beutel bleibt erhalten, und man kann während des Garens die Innentemperatur messen. Ich bin offen gesagt beeindruckt.

Pas convaincu
Mouais, pas convaincu. 2 tests, 2 échecs. Je vais insister, mais je ne suis pas convaincu de l’étanchéité à la cuisson...

6 mm ?!?!?!
Potrà essere utile ha chi possiede una sondo con punte extrasottili, ma per la maggior parte delle sonde quasi inutilizzabile visto che di larghezza fa 6 mm e nelle info non è specificato, visto che se lo fosse stato non lo avrei preso, visto anche il costo non propriamente a buon prezzo.
