It is a good anchor and holds the jetski still even in really strong currents and waves. It isn't perfectly smooth putting it together (but workable) and that is why it didn't get 5 stars.

Love this anchor. I use on a 900lb 13” Boston Whaler boat. Great for holding the boat on shore when beaching. Also holds well in all sorts of conditions. Love how you can pretty much throw the anchor and have it land in a good gripping position. The case is nice too for storage—though I do use a separate bag for the line because the case isn’t big enough for all of it. This anchor is small enough to be stowed easily—especially with the case. It grips well. Looks great. Overall very well made and useful. I’m very happy with my purchase.

I had this anchor a little over a year and used it for only a few months of boating season, the anchor it self really holds my 25ft pontoon really well however the 2 star review is due to the spring loaded handle that supposedly locks in place as you slide the anchor up mine never locked by itself as if it was stuck and once locked it was very hard to unlock to store in carrying case and this weekend the handle came completely a loose from the anchor as I was retrieving the anchor and I lost the entire anchor in the lake due to this locking and unlocking pin and spring that never worked properly from the start and now I'm out of almost 300.00 dollars for a anchor I was only able to use 1 season, seller of this anchor said it comes with a generously no hassle 3 year warranty so I'm hoping they stand behind their product if so I will gladly upgrade my review, Update I contacted the Wavesrx warranty department and told them of my issues with this anchor and within 3 days I was sent out a free anchor , outstanding job Wavesrx for honoring your product warranty and the new anchor pin mechanism works perfectly, thanks again Wavesrx I will be ordering more of your products and I've already referred you to all my boating friends .

Loved this all summer of 2025. Held 3 seadoo’s in place. Great box for storing in front. Spring loaded and super strong. Held my 2025 GTX 325 and my friends 2 RXTX 300’s.

I have a 21’ Seadoo Switch Cruise that weighs about 2500 lbs empty. I purchased the 12 lb Seadoo anchor when I bought my boat, but it wouldn’t hold my boat in place in a light wind so I return it. I then bought the Waves RX 12 lb TriAnchor with the bungee line. I was a little nervous at first and brought a 28 lb anchor with a heavy chain as backup, but I didn’t need it. I have used this anchor in Minnesota lakes with mud, sand, rocky, and weedy bottoms. The only time it hasn’t held was on Lake of the Woods as we rode out a storm with over 5’ waves with 30 mph winds. The key is to double your depth as the length of the rope; example 20’ deep water let out 40’ of line, 30’ of water go with 60’ of line. The bungee rope will stretch and contract with the wind and waves so you don’t stay perfectly in place, but the anchor doesn’t move and you stay in the region of where you started.
