This supplement arrived packaged well, this supplement which contains 30 servings is really easy to use, as you just place a spoonful (spoon supplied) into water and drink; it taste nice and is easy to drink throughout the day. Mixes really well too and I have had no adverse reactions to this supplement. A good selection of supplements form magnesium, vitamin B6 & B12, vitamin C to red clover; I really now prefer this way of taking multivitamins daily to taking multiple tablets or capsules. This supplement is more expensive than some tablet form you can buy, the price reflects the superiority in the quality, taste and convenience. I have seen a slight improvement in the severity of my hot flashes and feel very positive that they will improve further after a longer period of time being on this supplement. Very happy so far!!

Whether this works or not, I won't be purchasing again. I'll try another brand. There are four different kinds of sweetener in this product. Sweetener is the second ingredient. It tastes far too sweet and cloying for my liking. There are also too many other artificial ingredients. I should have checked the ingredient list first. I'll finish the tub and look for an alternative.

I don’t know why but I expected this to be tablets. Instead it’s an orangey type of drink powder that you mix with water. I’ve not had much luck with it as it doesn’t seem to mix well with water and it ends up with lots of lumps at the bottom of the glass. It would be better as an effervescent tablet. It tastes ok but not great. So I won’t be purchasing again.
