I saw reviews about the screws being too short for assembly. Is this still an issue?

Fixed! We've upgraded hardware with extended screws to account for natural wood expansion. We ensure a stable fit. If you need help, please message via Amazon for a free expedited screw kit

What should I do if the product arrives with scratches or broken parts?

We have enhanced our protective packaging for safer transit. If your bank arrives in less than perfect condition, please message via Amazon immediately. We are committed to making it right and will send a free replacement at no extra cost to you.

Is the bank too small? What are the dimensions?

It’s designed as a "Real coin Money Toy" perfectly sized for toddlers' small hands. It fits beautifully on standard bookshelves or bedside tables as decor. Please check the "Dimensions" section for exact measurements of each shape
