The Fair Trade Certified, Senda Alegre Club Soccer Ball is made with 1.0 mm premium synthetic leather. It's designed with 32 panels sewn together, producing a near perfect sphere once inflated. The number of panels determines how the ball moves through the air as well as how much control a player has. Generally, a ball with more panels will be more controllable and playable. This 32 panel design is used in most professional matches. Each panel is hand stitched, providing tighter and stronger seams, and extends durability with higher performance. The Senda Alegre Club soccer ball is PVC free (Polyvinyl Chloride), made from Polyurethane (PU), which makes for a softer and livelier ball. It's designed with 4 layers of polyester/cotton hybrid linings placed between the cover and the bladder to help the ball retain its shape and bounce. It features a butyl bladder which offers an excellent combination of contact quality and air retention, allowing you to keep the air pressure at a consistent level longer; intended for gameplay on outdoor grass, outdoor turf and indoor turf. All Senda balls are Fair Trade Certified, ensuring ball producers meet social, economic and environmental criteria. This includes guaranteeing all workers in the supply chain receive at least the national minimum wage, that there is no child labor involved in production and that the health and safety of workers is safeguarded. Senda's mission is to make high-quality, Fair Trade soccer balls that connect and benefit athletes, and to support grassroots organizations that use soccer as a vehicle for change to improve lives in the United States and abroad. Review: Good - My daughter loves this soccer ball. Good choics Review: even when inflated a psi or two below recommended inflation, and I agree with them - Bought this to try out a Senda ball, hoping to send more business to a Fair Trade company. While it seems to be a well made training level ball, many of my players(13-18 year olds) have commented that it feels very hard, even when inflated a psi or two below recommended inflation, and I agree with them. We dont typically use this ball for scrimmages or striking activities. We'll continue to keep knocking the ball around at training and hope it may soften up with time, and if it does, I will adjust my rating and review accordingly. All of this said, I may still try the Senda match ball as we need a new one, this year.

Good for kids here and abroad!
I don't know anything about soccer but my kids play and their ball is always selected for use in games. It's a fair trade ball. No child labor when you buy this.

My son is loving this soccer ball!
My daughter plays soccer, so her little brother wants to be just like her. She has been practicing outside a lot lately and he got this ball a couple weeks ago and has been practicing (trying to) next to her. The ball is made very well. The stitching is high quality and doesn't appear to be anything that will fray or come apart easily. The colors are bright and nice. The company is a fair trade company and it's stamped on the ball. I think this is an important thing to look for to make sure our money is supporting fair labor practices. We have no complaints about the ball. My son is loving it! We were sent this for testing and review purposes.
