The Game of Life Vintage Bookshelf Edition Board Game Set

Beautiful and easy to reach for. Is already keeping kids entertained without devices! Just place it between other books (or keep in the book’s outer box) so pieces won’t fall out of the front cover, especially if purchasing one by one. I personally used their empty outer boxes to do this until I can complete the set. The price is worth the quality book style box, which can hold any special version of parts/pieces you might want to later replace with. Each folding game board has its name imprinted and comes with a separate leaflet for game rules. Far better to look at than a stack of boxes sticking out of the bookshelf, and a great conversation starter and a fun pop of color as you collect the other games in this series.

I love this game! It’s so fun to play and definitely worth the money. The book cover is super cute and looks great on a bookshelf. I have two of this collection and can’t wait to get more!

I highly recommend these games. They’re great to have. It looks exactly like a book. I bought this one to give to someone. I know she loved it.

Classic Game of Life! The packaging is beautiful and looks amazing on our bookshelf. All game pieces included. Always a fun game to play.

I will always recommend the vintage set over the regular board game sets. They are made so well, they store WAY EASIER than the board game boxes and they are super cute!!10 out of 10 stars ⭐️

I love these vintage edition bookshelf games. This was my 7th addition and it looks beautiful on the living room shelf. If you’re familiar with the original Game of Life, beware that this version is different and has A LOT MORE rules. We had the original game of Life and loved it. This one looks much nicer, but the rules are a little more complex. Still a great purchase!

This is very similar to the original game from days gone by. It has buildings, bridges, stocks, etc. that are absent from the newer version. It was our summer game to play for HOURS of fun.My 10 year old granddaughter loves it as we navigate what exactly is insurance. She is happy once she gets a home but she wants to get to the mansion first :-)Very easy storage.

My son and I played this game together and both enjoyed it! We have a few of the other Vintage Bookshelf edition games and this one has great quality like the others.I appreciated how the box has the letters that correspond with the mountain, bridge, spinner, and building pieces so you can actually get all the parts back in the box!I would say the only downside is that the bridge and mountain pieces only secure onto one opening in the board, so they stick up on the other side a bit....but really not a big deal!

Brought me back to when I was a kid! Still not the version I had but relatively close. Kids enjoyed it too.

No es el juego que yo jugaba de chica, siento que es muy simple. No me gusta jugarlo. La caja y tablero muy bonitos pero me aburre solo es comprar

Looks amazing on the shelf. Will definitely buy more in this series. However my kids find it hard to pack back into the small packaging box and get frustrated. So I often get it left for me to pack up.

Fun to play however, it’s hard to spin the wheel because it’s lopsided

This game is one of my daughter's favourites and we were excited to gift her a version in the form of a book but the game itself is poorly made, the spinner doesn't spin very well and the money values provided did not match the amounts in the directions or on the board. We had to pull the money and spinner from our older version in order to play. For the price, the quality is just not great and the fact that the money values don't match the actual game means we are returning this for a refund. Great idea, just poorly executed.
