Pliable rubber trim with good adhesive.
Took a chance these would work to cover up and provide a finished look to my cut fenders. Nice pliable rubber trim with good adhesive. Makes my fenders look like stock even though they are cut 2" higher. They cover 1" on the face of the fender and about a 1/4" lip under the fender. They form nicely to the curve and was very easy to trim once applied. Good stuff!

Preparation is key! Great product when applied properly.
Very happy with the quality of this item. I'd read other reviews of similar products, and there was a common complaint of the trim not sticking or peeling off. I left the trim in a sunny window sill before fitting - this softened the glue and made it extremely sticky. I also cleaned the surface of my car with 99% alcohol to degrease it before fitting the rubber trim. Once the trim was on I went over with a small wallpaper roller to apply extra pressure to the glue, and to remove any air bubbles.

Perfect fit!!!!
After 4 years of owing my 2020 forester. The rubber mud guard on both sides fell and became brittle. Went to dealership and they sell $95 a piece. Good thing I found this on amazon. And even if it only last 3 years its only $20.00 or who knows it will even last longer as it has a very good adhesive on it.
