Great monitor! Even greater value! The quality of the picture and ease of use is very good never struggle to get some great gaming sessions, you could mount this but personally I like the way stand keeps a good view! Handles all of my games, from pc to console.

I’ve used this Sceptre 24-inch monitor for two weeks, primarily for gaming and casual work. The 100Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time make a noticeable difference in smoothness compared to my old 60Hz screen, especially in fast-paced games. Colors are vibrant and accurate, and 100% sRGB coverage really stands out in photo editing and video playback. The built-in speakers are convenient for basic use, though they lack bass and volume for immersive gaming. The stand is minimalist but lacks height adjustment, so consider a monitor arm if ergonomics matter to you. Overall, an excellent value for entry-level gaming and general use.

I've been using this monitor for my security cameras and I must say that I'm really pleased with it. The picture quality is much better than I expected. The only shortcoming I see with this monitor is that it has no USB connections for things like small powered speakers.

Bought this back in March 2024, and now I am reviewing it in June 2026. It is pretty good quality for the price I paid for ($100 + tax), and I have not found any issues with this monitor in the 2 years since I bought it except for the HDMI cord breaking. I did not bend the HDMI cord anyway that it shouldn't go. But one day it just broke and stopped working, so take this review with a grain of salt. I bought a separate HDMI cord and that fixed the issue, so while the monitor itself has no issues, the HDMI cord that comes with it is not high-quality or long-lasting. I'm going to give this a 4/5 because the HDMI cord was easily replaceable, and the monitor has served me well over the years in near constant use. -CH

What an upgrade from the 22-inch 1080p monitor I bought for my PC 6 years ago! The colors are so vivid and that extra screen real estate really makes a difference. I'm not playing the latest games, but Hades and Gravity Circuit look great playing on it.

I bought this monitor to go with a new desktop that I use for work and GIS projects. The resolution and color is excellent. The only issue I have is that once in awhile, it shuts down after a period of inactivity and doesn't want to come back up. If I unplug the power and plug it back in, it comes up fine. I've had it for about 4 months, and it's been working very well for me. The power off issue has only happened a few times, and it always comes back up. For the price I paid, I'm happy with this one.

So, thankfully my old Toshiba 17" laptop didn't completely die. To replace it would cost $1500+ (I get higher end laptops). It has a HDMI (v1) monitor output. SO, I bought this Sceptre 100 Hz 24" LED monitor to use with the laptop. THE GOOD - fast delivery - lightweight - Beautiful colors and lots of picture adjustments to find your sweet spot - movies, videos, fast action anything is top notch - price - out of the box set up ease and auto-detects your PC source THE SO-SO - longevity? - is 100 Hz really that much better than 75 Hz when using a HDMI (v1) with 60 Hz. Worth the price bump? - speakers suck - use Bluetooth or the 3.5mm audio out (which works fine on this monitor) - within two feet of viewing, not the best. At about 30-32" away excellent BOTTOM LINE - Excellent monitor for $99. No eye fatigue. Lots of presentation adjustments. Colors look true. Easy to unbox and get back to gaming/work

Decent value, but at first I almost returned this monitor because I had issues with it waking up from sleep. I decided to do a search to see if there was a firmware update to resole the issue, but none was available. I ended up unplugging the power brick and holding the power button for 20-30 seconds to drain the capacitors (which hold power even after unplugging the brick, unless you hold the button). What do ya know, this fixed the immediate issue and it wakes up every time now (so far). I have 2 other 27" versions of this monitor that have been working well and needed this smaller version for another purpose. I like the small bezel frames and replaces older CFL aging monitors. The colors are spot on and takes minimal tweaking to make it look as it should (brightness and contrast). The multi-directional button is kind of a pain vs separate buttons for power and other adjustments, but I live with it. Will update to 5 stars if it lasts a year.
