LE3NO Womens Slim-Fit 3/4 Sleeve V Neck Casual Work Shirts Top with Stretch

I was a bit worried at first, since all the reviews and Q & As of this shirt seem to be so... unspecific about which sizing chart to use. After making some guesses, I finally came to the conclusion that I would just hedge my bets and follow the sizing chart as supplied by the seller, and NOT the Amazon size chart. I was really apprehensive about it, so when it came today... I was delighted to see that it fit perfectly! I'm 5 ft and 110 lbs, with a flat chest, so the XS fit me perfectly, not too tight, not loose - fitted just right. It was a relief that i ordered right! So to those that were confused as I was: Do NOT follow Amazon's size chart, follow the seller's size chart in the description!It's very starchy and crinkly, which I don't mind, but I know some people do. The most important thing to me was that it was actually a cotton/spandex blend, as I absolutely HATE polyester. To my great relief, it's a wholly cotton shirt (excluding that 3% spandex) and that's all I really want in life: a decent button down shirt with no poly blend, and it is! It's sewn well and the fabric isn't super thin. For the price of this shirt, you get quite the bargain. Another thing is to definitely wash before wearing - the shirts are fresh out of the dye vat if you get a colored one, and you can kind of smell it. So I imagine that they'll bleed a bit in the wash, so don't lump them in with anything you don't want changing color! Can I also just say the shipping was super fast? It came within two days to Florida from California! That's impressive as heck.

Seriously this shirt is ideal for my use for it. I’m a double bassist (jazz and classical) and for concerts I need to dress nicely, modestly in all black. I’m not a fan of wearing gowns or skirts so that’s why I looked for this shirt. It ticks all my boxes: it’s form fitting enough to be flattering without being skin tight, it’s stretchy which is optimal for mobility for bass playing, it’s a COOLING FABRIC meaning that I don’t have to sweat (as many) buckets while performing, and the three quarter sleeve gives my arms freedom and I don’t have to worry about my sleeves rolling down or riding up. Basically it’s ideal in every way, and seemed well made. I hope it lasts! Once I wash it I’ll edit this review with a pic of me wearing it. (I’m a size 8-10 pant, 5’8”, 34b/c bra size)

I bought a Large and my measurements are 39, 33, 42.It is a little snug on the bust, but fits perfectly at the waist and the hem of the shirt, which falls right at my hips.It is very comfortable other than being snug on the bust and a little bit on my upper arms.beautiful shirt, good quality fabric.

Read all of the reviews which basically said order larger than your usual size. The fabric was great, looked and fit beautifully out of the package. After the 1st washing, the shirt shrunk and was too tight. I’m very disappointed as I loved it at first. Maybe order 2 sizes up if you’re concerned.

I had to purchase this shirt as a requirement for work. Within the first gentle handwash (as per exact instructions) it bleached out in a splotchy pink-laden fashion. It is not breathable at all. This product is starched to the skies and back and is an incredibly thick material. Nowhere near the average weight of a uniform. I use heavy strength deodorant (I do not sweat profusely at all) and my arm pit sweat, while wearing this shirt, was ridiculously noticeable, even in a very cool air-conditioned environment. It was beyond gross to serve the public while the entire crew had arm pit stains! The fit is terrible. I am a very petite 5'2" 125lb gal and a large barely fit me (34b chest). Thank goodness for previous reviews about sizing! No small-framed woman wants to wear an xlarge anything!! If you are an XL, you will need a 3x or 4x, at least! The threading is sweat-shop quality. Extra loose threading throughout the button-down style. Do NOT get caught doused in any water while wearing this top (rainstorm, dishwashing, etc). It shrinks and stains! I do not recommend this product. Save your cash and convince your boss to use a higher quality top.

These are my favorite button up work shirts. Just enough stretch, flattering fit, works tucked in or untucked, true to size, although they do shrink a bit the first wash.... if you wait tables or have some other job where you need plain shirts and you're tired of buying little boys shirts from Walmart, these fit the bill, and if you work at an office or other business casual environment they're cute and flattering but professional. You do need to iron them but they're not nearly as finicky as 100% cotton or linen shirts. I have them in white for waiting tables and they're not see through with flesh colored bras, and in light blue and pink for an office environment which I can wear any colored bra with.

This is a really nice shirt for its price. the material and fit were exactly what I expected and I will certainly buy from this company again.I read all of the reviews and was worried about the fit of this shirt. I am very busty,have big arms and a small waist, so a button down shirt can be tricky to say the least. I have learned, that height/weight or bra size in a review are a poor substitute for actual measurments, as everyone' s body proportioned differently.Here is the trick to a great fit: Measure your bust , waist and hips. Refer to the size chart and find the size that is closest to your measurments. A size M, L, XL etc does not measure the same in each brand and is therefore unreliable.My measurments: Bust: 40 inches (fullest point), Waist: 30 inches ( belly button level), Hips: 40 inches ( at fullest part).For a looser fit I ordered this shirt in a size XL. For a more tailored fit I would order in a L.The measurments of the shirt corresponded exacly to the ones on the size chart.

Bought four shirts, supposedly all the same size, but all wildly different. Seams have held up well enough, though several buttons have had to be resewn

The shirts arrived in good time, but I was disappointed. The shirts were all identical except for the colour and I had ordered each one in a Large size. However when I tried them on all three were different sizes and there was a 2inch difference between the largest and smallest sizes. Therefore only one shirt actually fits properly. As I have no idea which Large is actually the correct size I haven't bothered to return them, but am only able to use one. Very disappointing!

This shirt is lovely and fits really well,I am 5 ft 2 in, size 10, 36B with quite a broad back and broad upper arms,very pleased with it.

Good shirt - I have worn this consistently to work and it fits well. The neck opening is a little large (I have quite a small chest) so would maybe be better suited to ladies with a bigger chest, however it is a good enough fit and material to allow me to wear a vest inside. Not see-through at all, and easy to iron.
