Yes, but not in dimmer or stepped brightness light switches. If your touch light is an on off type and the bulb fitting fits the lamp holder you have then you can use this.

Is this applicable to fridge candy cfm 3265 e?

To answer that question either check the fridge instruction manual for the specification of the bulb - if the fridge uses a screw in fitting type E14 then yes this Osram bulb will work in that fridge. Or take the existing bulb out of the fridge if it says on the bulb it is an E14 and it is the screw in type then yes this Osram bulb will work as a replacement bulb.

That all depends on their purpose. If they are the main light source for your living room as they are 20 W equivalent they may be a little dull. If they are for lamps / mood lighting then will do perfectly. If it is for main lighting personally I would recommend going for something around the 50 W replacement especially if you are planning on using a dimmer switch so that you can still read comfortably. On another note the colour temperature that these use is a nice tone for a living room.
