Q: Does it come with a extra gasket?

no mine didnt. any car parts should have a replacement o ring.I havent gotten one yet but i will get a car HVAC o ring for a for a replacement. I believe they may hold up better

Yes this will work with the Optimus wind screen.

Q: What types of fuel will work for this stove

I use an isopropyl fuel, various brands, all have compatible threads. Check at you local outdoor shop.

Q: Mine does not work..i need an adapter ? Will that help?

Mine works perfect, I would get the correct fuel cannister before I purchased an adapter
