It didn't work BUT
I ordered this spray hoping it would work for my puppy who has taken to chewing on furniture. I looked through the reviews and felt comfortable enough ordering. When it arrived the outside was a little slick from the product (not an issue) so I set to work spraying the areas she has been chewing. Fast forward an hour or so I was eating and just so happened to lick my finger (I had washed my hands a few times since then) and holy crap does this stuff taste horrid! I wanted to rip my tongue out my mouth until I fully flushed my mouth out! While it did NOT work for my puppy it certainly worked for me! ALSO the owner of the company reached out to me and asked if I was satisfied I told her it did not work and she offered a FULL REFUND AND to keep the product and pass it on to a friend or family member with a pet that could use it. So all in all I'm EXTREMELY SATISFIED!

Didn't Work for Us
I had high hopes, given the reviews including one site that conducted an extensive study of no chew sprays that said Rocco and Roxie tasted so bad to 99% of the dogs in the test that they instantly spit out whatever they were chewing. Not Burley the pom! But he's a very aggressive chewer and hasn't yet found something that tastes funky to him! Here he is chewing his leash that I soaked in Roxie and let dry.

Does not last long
It seems to be effective but it doesn't last very long. I've found that my dog has licked it off of her paw within two hours. I think it should last at least six hours.

It worked fast, with no bad smell.
My Dog instantly stopped chewing. He is a tail chaser, but so far this has stopped it. It worked fast, with no bad smell.

Definitely works!
My dog wouldn't leave the wrap on her leg alone. I have a large dog and the e-collar is a definite no go through the house, and it's dangerous for all of us. I was going to try an inflatable but wanted to exhaust my options before I did so, as my dog is a "face to face dog". I've tried other bitter sprays when she was younger and they didn't seem to deter her any. I tried this on her bandage. She, and my other dog, licked it once and that was it, pure regret. I've sprayed this on her bandage every time I've changed it and she's left it alone. Thankful I didn't have to use the inflatable.

Love it but didn’t work
Pros: no horrific smell that seems to get stuck on your clothes and skin and somehow in your mouth like certain other products I won’t name Made with natural ingredients Can be used on your skin to teach puppies to not bite or nip No staining Made by a company that makes great products. Cons: Dogs smelled it. Walked away , licked their lips trying to figure it out, circled around back to it… and well, they didn’t seem to mind it. Kept chewing my chair. Within the day were back to nibbling and biting arms hands and feet. The only thing it may have helped was my puppy chew a little less on my other dogs hot spot. Was gentle on the skin. I REALLY wanted to like this product. It’s rated well and doesn’t smell disgusting. But it just didn’t work.

Worst tasting thing I’ve ever had waft into my mouth
Works super well for the smarter of my two cats. Unfortunately my other cat is not quite as smart and while it does still work to a degree, he sometimes ignores it which baffles me because this stuff is horrible. You can’t breathe or have your mouth open when you spray it because it will get into your mouth/nose and make you gag. It’s not even bitter, it’s like breathing in 100% isopropyl alcohol or something just as foul. It also lasts forever, sprayed it on our Christmas tree last year and when we got it out this year we were bombarded with the taste of stomach acid. Anyways, well worth the money if your cat isn’t as dumb as mine.

It doesn't work
I was really disappointed with the Rocco & Roxie “Don’t Mark Here” spray. After reading the positive reviews, I expected it to actually deter my dog from marking in the same spots, but it made absolutely no difference. I used it exactly as directed—cleaned the area thoroughly and reapplied multiple times a day—and my dog continued to mark in the same places like nothing had changed. The smell is also pretty unpleasant for humans, lingering longer than I expected, yet apparently not strong enough to bother my dog at all. For the price, I was hoping for better results, but this felt like a complete waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone dealing with serious potty-training or marking issues.

This is fantastic and it works. We have some antique furniture and bought this before our staffy pup arrived home. It's stopped him from chewing, leaves no discolouration on fabric and no smell. Oldest son used it on his legs when he was fed up with pup licking. No more licking.

I have a mischievous puppy who has discovered how tasty shoes are, so I purchased this spray to persuade him that he is mistaken. I sprayed my shoes and, with a total disregard for my fragile footwear, left them beside the door. At best, I would say this spray worked as a tasty condiment for my newly savaged shoes. It seemed to have zero deterrent effect but has served as a cautionary tale for my friends and family to lock away our beloved loafers when not in use. Still, three stars for the intent and effort. Perhaps my pooch is a just pure-bred moccasin muncher.

is only somewhat effective strictly if puppy lick immediately you've sprayed something otherwise totally useless
