I waited to write a review until I used the whole bottle. Yes, my skin is much better. More Youthful. More elastistic. People have commented on my complextion.That has never happened bedore. I my opinion This is the dirdt product of many that actually shows results. There is no taste when you take them and also no after taste. They are easy to swallow.

This is actually worth the money. I’ve seen the differences on my hair and nails (not so much on my face) but I’m a nail biter and I have seen my nails grow fast in like 4-5 days. Not kidding here, bit my nails on Monday and just noticed they grew longer on Friday. And also, I have cut my hair almost to my shoulder a month ago and, lord & behold, my hair is almost reaching to my buttocks 😅 It also has me energetic the whole day! It's only been a week but my skin is moisturized and glowing🙌🏾 Ever had that achy feet thing when you 1st get out of bed in the morning? Gone! Perimenopause hip pain? Gone! Possible placebo effect? I started this supp with taking 1 capsule 3 times a day. After a time, there was no difference in the fragility of my naiils. I decidded to try taking the 3 capsules together, and wow what a difference. My nails, which due to crohic illness have never been strong are no longer continually chipping a breaking. The are stronger, and hanging around for growth! And these capsules NEVER smell like fish!!
