Love this conditioner… leave it on for 60 seconds after shampoo in shower, then rinse out.Not a heavy conditioner… just right! !

This item arrived with no safety seal. I am very suspicious of using hair products that don’t have a safety seal as anyone could have done anything to the contents. Is this the norm for this product?
