Super impressed with this fake mustache and beard! Purchased for a Halloween costume and everyone commented how real and nice it looked. The lace underneath was the show stopper for helping the skin show through to look authentic, while not being too thin to look meal and mild. Hair also could pass for real and while a bit itchy after an entire night of wearing (as I imagine real facial hair is), I never had to take it off due to being uncomfortable. The tape included worked really well and it stayed put all night. The mustache was very easy to trim to fit my upper lip and didn’t affect the hair in the lacing - everything stayed where it should and didn’t shed or tear. Would definitely purchase again.

Well, this is a fun item to review! The general quality of this fake beard is pretty good. After watching a few wig lace videos to help with the install I felt confident enough to attempt it myself. I am pretty impressed with how well it turned out. Take into account that its not hard to spot that this is fake even when taking care to install it correctly. However, it is pretty convincing. Particularly at any kind of distance. The hair is soft and feel pretty realistic looking. This is perfect for a costume party, but probably wouldn't fool the authorities if you were on the lamb and disguising yourself. Totally recommend!

Unfortunately I wasn't able to use this even once. The adhesive part is so sticky, the hairs just got completely gummed up. The loops where the hair attach are also very dark and obvious so it's not at all convincing. Kinda looks like old school hair plugs.

My daughters make movies at home and love to dress up so this fake beard and mustache is perfect for them. This is the second one I’ve gotten them and so now they both have a set. We use spirit gum to attach it and keep it on for hours. It’s easily removed just pull it off slowly so you can reuse it. It looks great if you apply it right.

This is movie worthy quality. It’s easy to apply and looks great.

Def does not look real but it's perfect for a costume! They adhesive works well but just be sure to test it out at home a few hrs to ensure you don't have an allergic reaction. It comes with a ton of extra adhesives too. It also arrived in what looks like a gift box so it would be a pretty funny gag gift for someone who is unable to grow facial hair. The facial hair isn't super duper thick so you can still see some skin through it after applying it.

What you get - one fake beard and mustache set with stickers for application.Pros - this comes in a nice little box with a bunch od stickers for applying it which is nice as sometimes I only need it for a quick video and then it's off and onto the next. This actually looked very realistic on with the hairs spread out nicely and I was really pleased with the result.Cons - NOT SUITABLE FOR REUSE - I used the stickers - and this is the main reason for the 3 stars because it is expensive for a one time use thing. The hairs that are fairly separated and give the realistic appearance - when you pull it off they all come apart. There is no way I could reuse either of the pieces and that is one of the clear claims made about it.Overall - it DID give a good look - BUT for the price it is a lot for a one time thing unless you maybe want it for a costume party look.

My 10 year old son loves to go all out for the 100day mark at school and dress up like an old man. The last few years I have drawn a beard and mustache on him, but I was hoping that this would be even better.After trying it on him if I’m close to him I can see that these are fake, I’m able to see the almost mesh looking underside part that the hair is on, but further away it does actually look pretty cool and real.As far as the price point it’s definitely really pricy. I was able to get it off my sons face in one piece so that we can use it again, but it was really difficult to get it off whole. Because of this I’m guessing that they won’t last more than 2-3 wears at the most. Overall it’s fun but I think $15-& $20 max would be a fairer price point in my opinion, but it’s still cute and fun.
