Packaging should be the same as what is found in a retail store, unless the item is handmade or was packaged by the manufacturer in non-retail packaging, such as an unprinted box or plastic bag. Terrific printing!

Can tell It's handmade
The package came nice and secure but it was missing the straw and the covering/design over the tumbler was not complete. It's a small hole but goes down to the original metal.

Really love this cup
I use this everyday for my water. People get really confused so that's fun. Keeps drinks cold and ice even for a long time depending on how much ice you've got in there! Can hardly see the seam on the original black and green! There's also a silicon bit at the bottom which makes setting the cup down so quiet and keeps it stable!

Fast delivery, terrible print job
I expected to see a black and green monster printed cup. What arrive was brown and green. The words are terribly pixelated and blurry. The cup itself is a good quality, but the printing on the cup is very poor looking. Planning on returning.

Excellent product-poor packaging
The quality of the cup is very good and we love the metal straw and cleaning brush. We also loved the quality of the lid...much nicer than the one she had on her old cup...HOWEVER...the cup was just packed in a box that was then just wrapped in brown paper and apparently that wasn't good enough because the lid arrived broken 😞 that was quit a disappointment when my daughter opened up her birthday present 😞

Good but had some defects.
The wrap job is good and you can't feel any seams. But if you look in the picture on the bottom of the can it looks like something scratched the wrapped but you can't feel it because of the coating. Also where the seam is it is a little discolored. All the text looks good it's just not as sharp as a real can. I am tempted to send it back and get one that doesn't have the scratch marks in it.
